Appointments can be scheduled through my online calendar. Go to the Services page of my website and select the appointment type you are interested in. Scroll to the online calendar and select your preferred date and time.

I do not schedule appointments outside of this online calendar process.

Everything you need to get started on your order is on the Art page on my website.

No. I do not offer urgent or emergency appointments. My online calendar reflects my current availability.

I do not maintain a waitlist and can't advise if/when additional times open up.

When you scheduled your appointment, you were sent a confirmation email with the necessary information for attending your appointment.

If it is a Zoom-based appointment, log-in details are in the confirmation email you received when you scheduled your appointment. You will also receive an auto-generated email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment time and the login information will be there as well. 

You may choose to join as video or phone-only using Zoom's dial-in meeting number.  I am not able to call you directly or connect with you outside of the Zoom meeting.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled time.   Cancellations received within this timeframe will receive a full refund.

Same-day cancellations and appointment no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

I love connecting with my community and answer as many emails as I can. I would ask your patience and understanding as I am not able to reply to every email or message that I receive.

My business communication hours are Tuesday-Friday 12-4PM EST. I do not reply to emails outside of those hours.
