I'm Heather Mays

I've worked with people and pets worldwide as an energy healer for over fifteen years and have witnessed amazing transformations. Our bodies have infinite wisdom and potential. A skilled healer knows that she doesn't "do" the healing. Instead, she holds space for the client's own body to journey to remember, to connect with the Divine wisdom within, to move to balance and to reflect radiant health.
In order to hold that space and shepherd in quantum healing, it's important to understand the fundamentals of this beautiful energy body we all carry with us.
I can't wait to guide you within this realm of infinite possibility.
I hear it time and time again in my meetings with clients. We want to create the beautiful world we envision - filled with sovereignty, connection and radiant health for everyone. We Try_All_The_Things, Buy_All_The_Books and feel this absolute passion brewing up within us...yet we don't know where to start with the knowledge and skills we've accumulated.

Due to its intensive nature, I only teach this program once each year and separate it into two parts.
Within the container of this program, you'll build a strong foundation allowing you to awaken your own connection to healing.
I love a personal approach to teaching! So that I can best support all students in the course, space is limited.

EXPAND YOUR POSSIBILITIES OF HEALTH AND RADIANCE
- Level One: Energy Healing Principles. Four weekly live 60-minute online video classes plus lifetime access to an abundant amount of additional course material (videos, workbooks, activities, meditations) in an online student library. Now enrolling for October-November 2024.
- Level Two: Energy Healing Practices. Four weekly live, online (Zoom) 60-minute classes with lessons and practice with volunteer healees. We will also learn my personal modality, Quantum Radiance Resonance Healing. The next Level Two class will be in early Spring 2025.
- Three optional Q&A meet-up calls in the year following course completion to allow for additional support, community and integration
- A fluid and feminine approach to learning. The live classes are structured to allow for open discussion and exploration.
- Use the knowledge you gain for yourself, your friends, family & pets (with an option to continue mentorship with me if you desire coaching to develop as an Energy Healing Practitioner).

Brain & Heart Coherence, Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine
60-minute live online video class plus additional recorded material, pdf guides and bonus content covering:
- Brain wave frequencies - their characteristics and relation to healing
- Human development/stages of brain wave development
- Brain & Heart coherence
- Concepts in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Light (Rays and Codes), Color, Sound, Crystals and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
60-minute live online video class plus additional recorded material, pdf guides and bonus content covering:
- Color theory, resonance, frequency
- Light rays and light codes
- Sound and its connection to healing
Energy, Coherence and Shared Fields
60-minute live online video class plus additional recorded material, pdf guides and bonus content covering:
- How to detect and experience shared fields of energy - what that means for healing, manifestation and more
- Optional Reiki Level One course (included on-demand within the online classroom) attunement (at student's discretion, not required)
Level Two (Practice)

The next session of this class begins in late October 2024.
Level One includes four live 60-minute Zoom classes plus online material to help you explore and dive deeper.
While live attendance is strongly encouraged, it is not required. Class recordings will be uploaded to the student library. We work with volunteer healees during some of the sessions and that work would be done only during the live session.

• Thursday, November 7 at 7PM ET
• Thursday, November 14 at 7PM ET
• Thursday, November 21 at 7PM ET
The next live class will be in Spring 2025, dates are to be determined.
Class duration will vary from 45-60 minutes
Enrollment is open now for the Summer 2024 semester.
