When you scheduled your appointment, you were sent a confirmation email with the necessary information for attending your appointment.
If it is a Zoom-based appointment, log-in details are in the confirmation email. You may choose to join as video or phone-only using Zoom's dial-in meeting number. I am not able to call you directly or connect with you outside of the Zoom meeting.
For appointments that are fully remote and not conducted via phone or video, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email.
