There is power in remembering...

Imagine a menu in your favorite restaurant.  Everything looks appetizing at first but not everything is to your taste when you finally ask the chef to prepare it.   The other patrons are engaging and lively.   The appetizers are always on point and bonus - free refills on beverages!   You love the ambiance of this place, and so you return often, hoping the next dish you sample is the one you can claim as the best meal ever.

It's a bit of a silly analogy, yet we can often look at the multiple lifetimes we've lived from a similar perspective.  We incarnate, we choose the experiences we want from the menu (always allowing ourselves free will to add the right dash of salt or shredded cheese to the top!) and some experiences teach us what we like while others teach us what we should avoid.  

Sometimes, we inadvertently carry those lessons forward into a new lifetime where they can manifest as energetic blockages, limiting beliefs, or emotional triggers.  Often, there are bits of those other lifetimes we can tap into and harness to help us here in our current reality.

Hi there! I'm Heather Mays

I've worked with clients around the world for over two decades as an Energy Healer, Intuitive Counselor, Psychic, Medium and Animal Communicator.   

My communication style in sessions is relaxed and encouraging, a balance of the mystical and practical - lie having a chat with a friend over coffee.

In a comfortable and sacred container, we set the stage for powerful messages and profound healing to occur.

During a SOULARIS session, we'll work together to develop specific questions, objectives and goals for healing that you have.  I'll facilitate either a guided consciousness (light hypnosis), a trance co-channeling of myself + your Higher Self or a call-and-answer type channeling to connect to your Higher Self, ancestors, guides and Beings of Light who wish to support your journey.

I'm a lifelong intuitive...and every time I say that I want to include the disclaimer that "lifelong" doesn't mean it's always been a breeze.

Although I was aware of my abilities and an early age, I spent decades learning, studying with mentors and working with coaches to bring out the best version of my skills.  Intuition can work differently for all of us - that's the beauty of it! - and in this class, I'm excited to introduce you to how intuition can lead you to a life of true connection, beauty and inspiration!
